Warehouse picker

A distribution hall that runs on fixed shifts — eight hours, two breaks, and a shuttle from the station for every start and finish. Targets are clear and nobody is counting seconds over your shoulder.

The scanner routes you through your zone. You pick to the list, pack and label straight for the carrier, and keep your lane clear behind you.

It is real physical work: on your feet all shift, walking, lifting up to fifteen kilos. You bring the stamina — two paid training shifts alongside an experienced picker, safety shoes and a jacket come from us.
